    I have this wierd problem ONE BOARD DISPLAY RED LINE
    IN BIOS AND OS
    (I REPLACE CABLE AND DISPLAY ITS SEAM RESULT

    the measured pins seem fine. no clue can be found from them. how is picture on external monitor?

        many such times, the problem is a loose lvds cable which is not properly inserted.

          Remove LCD cable and measure all data lines resistance to gnd. They should be approximately the same. Pin 13 and 14 show less voltage than other data lines?

            Pin4 should be 3.3v though that cant be the reason for reddish tone in display. You must be having a little bit less brightness. I faced this issue in dell n5010 and ultimately changing the pch resolved the issue. The problem was 100% identical.
