Even this update you stil got a lot of problems , so Voltage of the first 2 mosfet all pins ( S/D/G ).
If you have schematic post it here

When the battery is NOT connected, what is the voltage on + of battery connector?

Measure the voltage again with the battery connected (Connect AC adapter AND Battery)

If it is OK, connect BOTH AC adapter AND Battery and measure the voltage again:

Check mosfet with both battery and AC adapter. From your attached picture, battery is not connected.

But the percentage does not increase. It remains 0. I tried another battery. It remains 0
