Finlux 32FLD78LM Black screen No Sound

Hey all ! I have this Finlux who do not want start.Black screen and Blue standby light no sound.
PSU 17PW26_4 V1
Main Table: 17MB35-4
Some tests: PSU not connected to other boards
Capasitor 450V = 390v
** PL816
12v, 5v, 3.37v, and 24v ok
** PL816 PSU connected to the Main Board =Standby
Capacitor 450V = 390v
5v, 3.37v ok but the 12v = 8v and no 24v
as i read in some thread that says that it will ensure diode D881 that I have already changed, but nothing happens.
Q844 has been removed for testing and providing 421 0ch 422 at diode-Range is it a good reading or not.
Thanks to tom66 for the shema but i am not so good to understand it.

So you have all the correct Voltages, but how about the BL-ON signal from the main board that turns on the Backlights circuit?
You do have PS-ON otherwise you will not get the 390VDC boosted Voltages or the 12V/24V.

hi thank you for the assistans .on that PSU and main board there is no description att all so it is quite difficult to know the BL-ON pin.plese for the Q844 is it good or i have to get a new one thank you again

Hi the 12v and 24v are there Psu alone once connected to main board no mor 12 or 24v but on the main bord there is the 5v and 3.37v

Do you have the 24v on the inverter connector as the 24v for the mainboard is separate to the inverter output ?

the 24v and 12v are away ones i connect the psu to the mainbord.but the 5v and 3v is there on psu and mainbord.i woold like to know if the reading on Q844 are good or not ,i added new imges for testing
