The board is part of a car radio , if you can find out what radio its part of you might get a sec . Sec.s are hard to find tho . Today its not like the good old days when you could get a Sams photo fact folder for just about any thing made .

looks like all you need is +5 volts and an external audio amp. It has built in fm receiver. It looks like you need to hard wire the L & R output. I can't see any need for any software

Are you sure I don't need a software ? What chip is it ?
The datasheet will tell more..

Software to do what? its just a mp3 player (without amp) that also happens to have a built in fm tuner, it is very likely a custom chip. The number on it looks like AS17AP15712-5AB
maker could be Shenzhen Ieyong Technology Co., Ltd
There are similar items with different mounting etc. just google images "diymore bluetooth fm mp3"
