Looks like something I encounter on an occasional basis with my laserjet 5L. My solution usually is to pull the bits of paper out with tweezers, but this may not work in your case. And yeah, I know how it feels to have paper jammed in there especially when you need to get work done.

its ok, its an office we have two lasers. anyway i put in an old fuser from the parts box.
that sounds promising if you have survived that a few times.Comment

ok i got the paper out by one of the wheels was dislodged also. its a royal PITA to get it back inComment
