monitor on the blink

hi first time i av been on here can some one give me a clue wot is a up with my monitor it is a philips170c 17" it comes on at start up for 3 secs then off power light stays on pulled it apart can not see any bad caps or any thing gone it can any one give any clues thanks

its an LCD apparently
take it apart and post good pics of each board.
