Dell 7280 LA-E122P i5-7300U looking for working BIOS

    I have a dell 7280 LA-E122P i5-7300U CAZ10.
The symptom is that the power comes on for 1 second and the keyboard backlight and then turns off.

I tried a some dump for LA-E122P from Alisaler, but no change.

I looking for working BIOS dump - Unfortunately I don't have the service tag code because someone pulled the sticker off the bottom of the case.

I am attaching my original non-working dump (maybe someone can pull a service tag from it?)

Unfortunately the posted dumps don't work - same effect as original.

I asked the seller of the laptop and he claims that it stopped turning on after cleaning the inside.

It looks like a hardware problem - should I make a new post in another section about fixing it or continue in this thread?
