MSI MS-16J9 - No power

Hello everyone, i have problem with MSI MS-16J9, board model: MS-16J91 Ver:1.0, in attachment you can find brd and schematics.

19.5V 0AMP Draw, checked few main points (I'm not expert in laptop board repairs, your help would be appreciated).

Power/charger light are missing, there is no reaction on power button. Tried BIOS reflash, no difference.

What should i check next or before?

PWR_SRC PC213 - 19.5
PQ41 19.5 Only on pin 5 (Not shorted to the ground)

Check whether you have 3.3V at the PWR_SW# to start with.

Sorted, that was problem with KBC.

I have the same laptop, no power, I found u29 in shorts, after removing the u29 chip, I have no more shorts and I find the 3V 5V. can you tell me what this chip is for? on the motherboard it says E2500, but on the diagram it says E2400, which one should I order please?
