LOCKED WITH BIOS PASSWORD. TRIED THE MK4 won't work.

Long story short guy been laid off from our garage and before he left he set a password on our toughbooks.

I don't think is bios password, it's hdd/ssd password. Remove hdd/ssd and see if you can enter in bios setup.
