Can you flash firmware to A2141 logic board?

According to the schematic, the BIOS chip is UA130 but that doesn't look like a BIOS chip to me.

It is a bios chip, just a different packaging.

I have an adapter that came for free with the CH341 programmer that may be used for that.

If you don't have one, cut a piece of a scrap motherboard and jumper/wire it.

Schematics say "GPU Boot ROM" for UA130 so that'd be VBIOS. There's no "BIOS" chip on T2 boards.
