+3VALW LINE SHORT Compal ZSO50 LA-A992P rev2.0

Working on this mobo,
Got 3VALW line short and #PROBLEM IS NOT FROM ALWAYS ON IC(PU301).
I tried to get other short component but found nothing.
None of the component is heating in voltage injection test.

Guide me...

I hv schematic for ZSO50 LA-A992P rev1.0
which is same.

19v line is ok.
+3VALW is 0
+5VALW is 0

+3VALW & BIOS pin no.8 +3V_PCH is also short.

checked Q30 after removing mosfet drain and source(pin 1&3) both are ground.

Bios Pin8 if short-PCH gone(Can be for other reason but huge chances for PCH gone. In this mb its just one die with cpu+pch soldered onboard.

see at page 12 RC285 and RC182 remove them und messure witch side is shorted

when shorted side is +3v_dsw_p then cc70 or CPU is defect
