Do you mean change permanently or did you want key presses?

    I am using XP
    Press Windows E
    Single Click Control Panel
    Click Help in top bar
    Click Help & Support Centre
Click Date Time Language & Regional Options.

    Then take it from there?
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Which OS are you running? XP/Vista/7/???

edit: If it's Vista/Win7, click start, type intl.cpl into the search thingie and hit enter.
Go to the Keyboards and Language tab and select Change keyboards. You can then add whatever language you want, set it as default and remove the "wrong" one afterwards.

That works in XP as well - goes to the same page as my rigmarole plan.

This is about as best as I can do for a tutorial at the moment..

Dvorak is some sort of a weird alternative lazout..
Zou probablz want either english or english US international.
And I just noticed I|m tzping this with the US/english kezboard lazout with the z and y switched around compared to the german one.. crap..

Here is a step by step guide to put dvorak on like scenic says.
You might have to add a US keyboard then remove the dvorak one.

                http://www.microsoft.com/enable/trai...ardlayout.aspx

If you are looking for Dvorak in the list it comes under U.S.

Thanks Selldoor;after so much struggle with this issue,i resolved it, but i had to set the keyboard to Portuguese and languish to English, why Portuguese? you may ask! cause the keyboard was bought in Portugal and has a keyboard with extra letters to right mainly in portuguese, and for all international languages, this was my sonĀ“s laptop and i had to do a recovery so i lost the settings, even him forgot how to change settings. This way i can right on most languages what is cool, thaks anyway for your help.
