logic board 820-2879

hello all,
have following issue;
u7500 shorted and was replaced as well as current limit resistors near
u7000.

board was having voltage fluctuations
12.5 v - 0.3 volts and back up again.

now, the fan starts , but no chime , no backlight.

have ppvcore and mcp core as well as Frequency @ y2810

any help would be great where to check next .thanks

Check resistance to GND of PP3V42_G3H. Anything less than 20 -30K ohms is generally dead MCP > one way trip to the bin sorry
