You do have PS-ON (PWR ON/OFF) so all the correct Voltages are present.
So does the PS-ON Voltage go down to < 1VDC when TV goes into shutdown and goes back up by itself?
BTW, there is also anther signal (bl-on) from the main board that turns on the inverter circuit, what is the Voltage of that signal?

It jumped down to .039V for a small fraction of a second when the relay clicked and then jumped right back up.

I am not sure where to test on the main board but I cannot find a (bl-on). I was wondering if you were wanting me to test any of these pins in the picture below?

      Thanks budm!

Re: Samsung ln-t4061f stuck in rebooting sequence

Here is the update... I replaced all the caps in the power board and it is still doing the same thing (powering on froze with backlighting for a short period just to turn itself off and them back on again starting the loop sequence over again.)

Would anyone recommend trying a replacement main board. Looks like I can pick one up for about $35-$40 range.

I would try freezing eeprom and see if it will turn on.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Eeprom looks to be on lower right side of main chip. Can't read numbers. It should have a 24 or 25 in part number. You can try freezing with air duster turned upside down. Spray several times and see if it will turn on.

I finally bought a can of canned air. I did freeze the Eeprom and it did the same thing it has been doing. Do you guys think that replacing the main board will most likely fix it? I might just go that way if it is very probable that it will fix me.

i would certainly try a replacement mainboard if this was my tv just make sure you get on with a returns policy incase its faulty and try to make sure the replacement board matches your old one and the lcd panel thats used in yout tv

Does anyone know what all numbers I need to match to make sure I get to correct Main board?

Go to shopjimmy and type in your model number, it will tell you what number to look for on the sticker.
