Notebook HP EPK50 LA-G07CP no power help!

hello everyone, I state that I am a beginner at these levels.
I am a computer technician but I have only just started trying to repair notebooks up to this point.

I have this HP laptop that died suddenly. The power supply correctly delivers the 19V but once connected to the motherboard it does not light up the white LED.
I tried to measure the voltage at the power connector and I noticed a strange thing
    I am attaching the video:

putting the test lead in a grounded pad and the other on the red wire, the tester indicates 19v by flashing

Post your measurements here. Are you using a genuine HP charger ,is the power jack ok, what are the voltages on PJP1 pins

I tested the power supply HP original and it delivers 19,31v correctly

i also changed the connector but i measure the same voltages

There is nothing wrong with the measurements at DC Jack and i dont know why you are stuck there. You should atleast measure DC-IN mosfets S-D-G pins for voltage as well as shorting and check further whether you are getting stable 19V on CLR. Since the light doesnt glows on DC jack ,you should measure ACOK & ACDET pins on your charger IC to begin with. Next is to check whether 3V LDO is generated or not. If you dont measure and take basic steps to solve your problem, it wont help by bumping the thread.
