Can a mobile laptop CPU be overclocked?

I'm aware of the boost clock and my i5-480m is always at 2.88 GHz but i will be squeezing a water block into my laptop and i would like to get some better clocks.
Is there any way to overclock a mobile cpu? Let's say that VRMs and temps are not an issue.
What can be done to make the clock go even higher without replacing the CPU with a better one?
The bios in my laptop is the generic laptop thing with a few basic options but nothing CPU performance related.
Ps: windows is telling me that my memory is running at 20307 MHz, i say 20GHz memory clock is not too bad

u can try overclocking it via software by using setfsb or rmclock. however, without increasing the voltage, the overclocking will be limited.
