Hello, my little brothers asus gl553vd laptop and we need the rescue password. First question is how do i know what the default date is? in system info it says 3/6/2017. i think thats it? any help is appreciated. thank you in advance!

Turn on your asus , press f2.. it will display password request.. press alt r , will displaying password date request...

im not sure for the month or date...

Heya, I've got an ASUS t100 Windows 8-intel tablet here that im trying to reset for a friend here that long forgot their bios password. Would it be possible to get a rescue password for it?

01(jan)/04/2018, 01/05/2018, 01/06/2018 (requesting these just in case i cant get to it tonight or it takes a bit for someone to respond)

Have a Asus T100ta-c1-gr that was recently given to me by a friend, about a year after his dog tried to eat it. Screen (touch screen) is cracked, and part of the case is damaged, but I am able to power it up.
He gave me the admin password for it (bios) and in a genius move I cleared it, but not the user password.
Naturally it now wants the user password and he hasn't used that since he bought it.
I have tried a generator that told me 2018/01/07 was H0BB00LD. It still says Invalid Password....
It let me in with the Admin password, I did see that there was also a user password, but I thought I could just continue with the admin login.. So I cleared the admin pass and now here I am.. Anyone have a suggestion?
I want to see how well this thing still works before starting to replace parts.

All those recovery dates are perplexing. How is it that they aren't the current date? Mine stays correct with the current date no matter what I do.

Right now it is 01-12-2018
Recovery should be AHAAAAA9
But just as every other time it isn't working. This is on a t100ta-c1-gr
