Re: Unlock asus for free
I'm still super stumped. The Asus I have is a tablet/laptop that runs Windows 8. It's has a USB 3.0 on the keyboard which the screen/tablet can detach from with a button...idk if it's the model I quoted b4 in post #293 I kinda just image matched so Idk if that helps with the recovery password but it still says 2012/05/05 when I press alt+r. I kinda need this broke down for me. Do I use alt+r when entering the password? Do type the password just like it's shown or does it matter? Please anything really helps techman gave me some possible passwords but none worked and I typed them in in many different ways and none worked. Please please please I'm losing my mind over this.Last edited by leyline123; 08-18-2017, 10:14 AM.

Any chance of codes for 2017-08-22 and 23?

Re: Unlock asus for free
Thanks for the offer Techman1025 but I have no idea how to pull the BIOS and was considering just writing it off as it is not in great condition when I thought I would just try the usual suspects, password first and the 12345678. Got it second go. Now if I can just find the original owners credit cards....

Re: Unlock asus for free
Hello Techman25, hello All,
Hardware : ASUS T200TAC (Hybrid PC/Tablet).
Bug with last update of Win10 and would like to recover Win8.1.
I'm pressing F9, and i obtain an UEFI Error Message.
Impossible, now, to boot on Win10, and i discover that a Password is required for Bios Access !! (I've never recording Password for bios)
In mode USER, i can access to the bios with leave blank Password...
(And i can change the date but not boot on usb key or change boot)
I've modified the system date to try to use differents Rescue Passwords, but without success for the moment...
I've called ASUS Support they says me they don't want to communicate RP and i must to paid to recover access to bios !! (By sending PC to us)
Can you help me, please ?
Thanks a lot !
