Unit is totally dead. No input/supply voltage at U98. No 3v and 5vdc were measurable. 19.5vdc is only present at u119 and u121 so far...

At U119 pin123=19.3v, pin4=19.3v, pin5678=0. Btw, what should be the supply voltage at pin4? Tried already replacing U119 but with same result...

Measure the voltages on pins 4, 5, 13, 8, 10, 11, 27, 14, 28 of U121

U119 got now an output and at pin4=13.58vdc, U119 gives an output after a mild reheat on U140. But it doesn't have 3.3v and 5vdc. Replaced already u98...
