asus chromebox lock

anyone could help on this asus chromebox lock. Tried the program wont' unlock it. I have 5 of this with enrollment lock, any one could share the process of unlock. SN changed, still not working.
also attached unlocked bin won't work using the program.

It works on the CN62 with i7-4th gen cpu. just edit the SN.
it will not work on the box3 with i7-8th gen cpu.
hopefully will help some one.

I do not understand what you did. Both files you posted are identical, what was it that you changed? Both files have enrollment and developer mode set to 0, which will allow you to reinstall the operating system again.

reinstalled os, still in the enrollment, im not sure what i did wrong.

Press escape key and the circular arrow key (refresh?), top of keyboard, will take you to developer mode. I personally download the whole operating system from address and model given. You must use Chrome browser and their extension.
