    Dell 2412m picture problem

    Hello!

I need some help with my Dell 2412m 24" monitor with the display failing shown on the video below.

    https://youtu.be/9Uaw_PDpr4o

I'm not really familiar with flat panel displays, so feel free to correct me.

This monitor has an LG LM240WU8-SLA1-611 t-con(?) board, and a 4H.1GH01.A00 scaler board(?).
I have created a list of voltages measured on the t-con(?) panels test points. No idea what SOE, POL, FLK1 and FLK2 are.

    Pin Voltage
    VLCD 16,142V
    VCC 3,295V
    VGL -4,2V fluctuating approx. 400mV
    VGH 25,2V
    VCOM_L 6,406V
    VCOM_R 6,406V
    POL 1,639V
    SOE 0,395V
    FLK1 2,402V
    FLK2 3,278V

    VST -3,6V fluctuating approx. 400mV
    VDD_O from 25V to -4V jumping
    VDD_E from 25V to -4V
    V1 15,144V
    V2 14,505V
    V3 12,446V
    V4 11,369V
    V5 10,253V
    V6 8,475V
    V7 7,954V
    V8 7,516V
    V9 7,005V
    V10 5,219V
    V11 4,074V
    V12 3,022V
    V13 0,946V
    V14 0,318V

Can anyone point me into some directions where to look? What I found a bit strange is the VGL voltage, I checked it with a scope.

Found out that SOE is source enabled, POL is for polarity, FLKX is flicker control.

What voltages are listed on the COF IC datasheet? Likely VGL should be around -6 and VGH around + 25. Have you checked all the fuses? My guess is going to be US1, but it's only my guess.
