    harman kardon onyx studio power problem

    Hi all ,

    i am new on this forum and hope you can help me to solve my problem .

    My harman kardon wirless stereo power on only with the power adapter , using the battery it not power on . i decide to replace original battery by three 18650 battery in serie . when i try to power on nothing happend . somebody know what is the problem of my stereo , i have 11.V on the battery connector , the three fuse near the battery connector are ok .

    Please upload good clear pictures so we can see what we are dealing with.
    What are the original battery?
    When did this issue occur?
    Was it working OK with battery before?

      Hello budm ,

      When i bought this stereo battery was ok , after few months it stoped working , its for why i decide to by new battery 18650 , the original battery is PR-633496 .
      I will upload the picture when i go to office .

        It looks like the PR-633496 has 3 leads, I suspect that could be the problem, That is the temperature sense lead and may be shutting down the circuit
