What part is this on power board? Vizio: E320-B2

    Hey all...

Could anyone tell me what part this is on the power board?
... it kinda looks like a cap.. but it is not. tuning coil or something?
... I added an arrow pointing to it.

It appears the legs on the bottom have been kinda pushed out.
It's the only thing that even looks bad to me.

    TV: Vizio : E320-B2
    Power board model: AMP32-VW
Symptoms: Vizio logo barely shows up..flickers a bit.. then shuts off.
A bad power board. But I think it may be this specific part that is bad.

    THE PART in Question: Reads:

    1411 20 rev 1 0

    Thanks for any help. :-)

As long as you can still get continuity between the two leg and the enamel wire are still soldered to the legs OK then it is not a problem.
To find out if you have bad power board or not you need to provide us the DC Voltage reading of each pins of the power supply connector that goes to the main board, you MUST provide us with the pin name and follow by the Voltage reading for each pin so we do not have guess what each pin is for.
