Go to www.dell.com, create an account and register computer under your name (using Service Tag and Express Service Code), wait a few days (7-10), logon to your new www.dell.com account and contact them through their online chat, they will ask if you are asking for support for the computer you have in your Dell account, answer YES, then ask for the master password and you will receive it within a few seconds.
I've done this with two Dell XFR series while still under warranty.
