LG 42lv5300 no audio, image ok

hello,

i need some help.
i have to check a tv lg 42lv5300 : no sound and picture ok
all audio outpout not work : speakers, headphone or optical outpout.
i checked the voltage on speakers : 10V on the four : spkL+, spkL-, spkR+ and spkR-

i have resolder the audio amp ic : ntp-7100, the same. i don't think it's faulty cause optical outpout not work too

i have tried all hdmi inpout, the same

can someone help me ?

All audio signals seem to come from ic100 LGE3556C, Audio amp ic operates from +24 volts which would explain 10 volts on all speaker pins (aprox half of supply voltage)
Also headphones use a seperate amp.
It could be anything including eeprom corruption or some wrong setting in the service menu

I've just had a 47LD790 in with picture but no sound. Also cured with a reflow.
