Just command the hazard lights via relay, while supplying them 12V directly from the battery. Use the original electrical wiring as control signal for the relay, then commutate 12V from the battery. So when you turn them on, they work. Then use a second relay, so you can command them via the alarm. So when either the alarm sends a signal to the relay to close or turn them on, they will work.
You need 2 relays and 1 plus wire from the battery.
