If you using a flashlight do you see anything on the screen?
Looks like faulty backlit.
Following Apple repair manual if no #4 LED but works on external display then replace LCD panel.

Anyone mentioned about voltage? Running car on idle supply about 12.8V-13.2V, above 1k-1.5k rpm 14.4V but with engine shut off 11.8-12.1V . If battery is bad it can be much less.

I would remove all peripherials, reseat RAM, remove and reconnect CMOS battery (might be in the RAM comparnment) and try to turn it on. Obviously only with power adapter without main battery.

Solved. Cleaning and reseating LVDS cables did not change anything. Replaced t-con board solved problem. Tv works as new. Thanks everyone for help.

Inside on the mainboard there are 4 status LED lights. During normal work three of them should light steady.
1- power supply works correctly
2 - logic board detected corrected voltages and works...
