Re: Troubleshooting DAV-HDX265 no power

If the E+4V is ok, that 6V should only be 6v, if it is higher, it could be due to a bad C944, when they get weak they don't filter properly and can show a higher than normal voltage. The 4 & 6 volts...

Re: M2n68-AM SE

Have you tried it with a cpu installed? It may require a cpu (VID) before it knows what to set the output voltage to.

Re: Troubleshooting DAV-HDX265 no power

It looks like the power supply is working, I would connect it back in. and see if it will turn on.
Pin 11 & 8 are low because you need P.CONT1 to turn on ic941 & 943. When CN906 is connected to the...

Re: LN40C630K1FXZA hit by lightning

That looks like data corruption, If you can do a master reset on the tv, try that, If there is a firmware update try doing that. I suspect it is a fault with the main.

Re: Philips 47PFL8404 H / 12, chassis Q548.1ELA

This is what I refered to in post #6
Points 10&5 and 9&6 are the same, I just picked a number.
So one of the secondaries is open, now you need to find a transformer.

Re: Philips 47PFL8404 H / 12, chassis Q548.1ELA

You don't check resistance with power on. The one secondary between 7 & 8 seems open.
5 & 6 is one secondary, 7 & 8 is the other

Re: Sega mega driveII AV problem

That 95cm is long, when you are talking about video signals. Each of the R, G, B, should be using shielded cable, and I would also use a shielded cable for the sync and for the audio. Find an vga...

Re: Troubleshooting DAV-HDX265 no power

What voltage are you measuring on CN906? Just use chassis ground. Or if you are working on just the power supply out of the unit, use pin 7,10 or 12. The voltage you need is 6Volts, (pin6), this...

Re: Sharp LC-70LE757U Flashing 2-5 :-( can it be saved economically?

NautilusComputer:
It would be best to start a new thread for your model, attach some pictures of the boards and one of the complete rear with all boards connected if you can

Re: Crown Xti 1000 - No power

What are you using for ground when you check this voltage? you should be using V_BLKRTN or D24 (-) If you used chassis as the ground the voltages won't be right.
Just a note on RT6, it will and...

Re: Crown Xti 1000 - No power

Check your voltage across +/- of D24 bridge rectifier, it should be around 300 vdc If its not RT6 could be open.
You might also want to check R374,R378 & D31
You need that +30V_CTRL because it is...

Re: Crown Xti 1000 - No power

If you measure a short across C196, check for a shorted D26. I don't see how you are measuring a short when earlier you had 9 volts across it?

Re: Crown Xti 1000 - No power

You could have defective zener diodes D28,D29, V_KSTART (32v) should be there when the AC_SW (S7) is pressed, Then the smps should start and supply the 30 volts.
If RT6 was getting hot and the amp...

Re: Samsung LCD LN40AQ550P3FXZA Solarization Issue

This is a rough graph of you voltages, its not that bad but your picture is not that bad. If more of the voltages were off your picture would look a lot worse.

Re: Sega mega driveII AV problem

Its hard to tell by that video but it does'nt seem to be a sync issue. looks more like noise in the video signal.

Re: 60pb660v flogging a dead tv-shop visit req

The answer is NO. The ic can not function without the vcc pin at 10 volts. There can not be a short on pin6. There is one electrolytic on that pin, make sure it's not shorted. The pdf explains how...

It's likely the sync signal is not compatable with the tv. or it is too low in amplitude or even wrong polarity. What do you mean when you say it shakes? does the picture shake from side to side or...

Re: samsung UN60J620DAFXZA replacement screen

A replacement panel would likely cost more than the tv was new. Chances of finding a used one would be hard as thats usually why they are scrapped, cracked lcd screen.

Re: Philips 47PFL8404 H / 12, chassis Q548.1ELA

Re: 60pb660v flogging a dead tv-shop visit req

R213 will have 205 volts (Vs) on one side, the other side connects directly to IC200 pin6via J71. The ic200 internaly takes that (137v )voltage and uses it to supply the VCC. That seems to be ok, the...
