The only thing that's JVC is the screen printing on the front.

Look to the power supply in particular the output capacitors if devices become unstable. Electrolytic capacitors are affected by temperature and age, SMD devices not so.

It's mainboard, have you tried headphones ? Doubtful it's eeprom, check the audio IC circuity and amp section, I've also fixed no audio on an LG with a reflow of the BGA on the main IC.

I know I've had to redo a couple of AS15 and I have one fail due to the lack of the thermal pad.
It's possible that there is something on the thin board between the TCON and panel that has an issue...

If the fuse has failed there would be no picture.
The AS15 are sensitive to heat, perhaps when it was fitted there was too much heat.
There are test points on the TCON that can be measured to...

The manual seems to indicate it should be marked but it's not. It's just above the front panel connector.

A photo of the logic board, there are usually a couple of holes that are bridged for the test pattern.
