The wire appears to be standard 20 or 22AWG silvered/tinned solid copper wire, you can get this from a few online electronic component retailers like Mouser...

In your first photo, it looks like an SMD diode (i think that's what it is) next to one of the capacitors blew its guts, the skidmark on the capacitor next to it would also indicate this.

:lol: I don't think they're developed by the CIA but they seem to be very common in cheaper power supplies, this is the first one i've had fail and boy it stunk.

Ikeas LED bulbs are not as good as they used to be, i have an old 9.5w 600lm LED bulb i got from Ikea (for around 7$ which was a pretty good price at the time i got it) and it still works to this day...
