it is a lead-acid battery why we put Epsom salt (alkaline) inside the battery? Shouldn't we put acid solution inside the battery? After we neutralizing the battery's electrolysis fluid?

I use Epsom salt try to rejuvenate, no water, for Razor E100 electric scooter, 12 volts 4.5AH, totally dead, battery.

I filled it with Epson solution and I tried to charge it up with 247.4 volt...

2 non-ferrous metal plates sandwiched with 3 non-ferrous, surface metal plating, PTC (back and front is 7.2 ohms, surface is low ohms) loosely touched together only wrapped loosely with Kapton tape.
