Silver conducts electricity better than any of the metals you mentioned.
Silver Oxide is conductive to electricity.

The reason why you would use solder with a silver content on silver plated contacts is prevent leaching of the silver plating into the solder mix.

2KW 12VDC would do about 1.5KW output power from a linear rf amp. Think CB amp. Any SB box with a booster could drive the linear to full output.

Another thing to try if you have a seperate chip programmer, reflash the bios chip, that will clear it out for sure. Or buy another chip with the bios preprogramed.
