Usually the center pin is the inner copper wire itself stripped from the coax cable.
(Not sure if that was the question, though)

Btw, imo youríre overdoing the filter stage leading me to believe you might have forgot the overall picture.
Voltage ripple before the DPS5020 stage is not a concern, but the inrush current value...

Yes.

Being a consumer and industry standard itís also applied in electronic lab equipment (mainly due to EMI test compliant), but with a big twist:

*ONLY* the hot side ground should be connected to earth ground (using either Y cap or RC)!
The analog ground (i.e. to the power transformer right) should not!

If you do connect them say goodbye...

I've used this since i can remember, way before flux birth (or globalization anyway).
[rosin + isopropyl alcohol, aka isopropanol + glycerine]

Noise stays within acceptable boundaries, and very important no voltage spike.

Not to mention EMI filters needed, chokes, ..., and the total cost amount...!!!

The motherboard might have other broken components and therefore misleading you to focus over and over again on the QFN part...
Plus after so many attempts you may have damage other components and...

Unfortunately the most common 9 pin DIP reverse type layout for Motherboards, on small quantities and cheap price, doesn't seem to be available on...
