Replace all with new strips
best way really.
Life is too short to mess about with getting lens lined up
Sometimes you have to as repalcments cant be sourced
but you have you ask your self how...

All the wire connectors solder these direct
either new wire or just snip the plugs off and solder
i have circled them for you

Did it take the firmware update or just do nothing..
a common problem these was the mainboard would get bricked by software update,
as can be seen by the high prices of sony mainboards for these.

check resistance between all points.
look for any with high resistance
and u have tested all leds and they have tested good ? thats correct yeh ?

where the 2 strips connect together hard wire those.
and also maybe the whole wiring harness
its either an issue with the wiring
or a failing led that is not showing up with the led tester...

Jump all the connectors directly with wire
is not an issue with mainboard.

test the leds
check the connectors sometimes these go faulty, hard wire connectors..
if any failing led found
best to buy a full set of new strips.

You should be able to change the psu resistors to the backlight
to change the current going to them.

U might need to change the panel type thats what i ended up doing
what tv is the repalcment board from there should be a model number on it

They have a few differrent panels for these
and hence a few diff boards
post pics of the main boards showing part numbers please.
could still be mainboard bad or tcon or badpanel.

Take a torch and shine around the edge of the lcd panel and check for any hairline cracks.
Do you have sound coming through ?
