Classic symptom of an O/C led in the panel. I did a 47" LG today exactly the same issue.

It only takes 1 to be dead to cause 1 sec to black on these LG's....

Nah, not panel--or the replacement parts, You still have a fault on the chassis somewhere--prolly on the Y-SUS....

Check ALL the standoff 0.22 ohm resistors on the Y--One will be O/C....:D

New ones are Not available--Never were, all you'll ever find are used ones--no matter what the vendor claims....

Whatever mainboard you get-- It Must be one that drives the same make and model of LCD panel. TV vendor name is immaterial...

Vestel used all sorts of make panels including their own on later...

No--The Address-Board is that one that runs along the Bottom Of The Glass of the panel itself,--the full width of screen.

Where the two/three pin lead/plug connects to that, thin bottom board...

I second the cleaning of panel side, and re-tinning of all the mounting-points on any post 2008 Panasonic set and also replace the SN/SS board fixing-set-screws with ones having lock-washers,--take...

Firstly, Check for correct 60?V Va Voltage on PSU. If OK, then--

Check the SMD Fuse on the Bottom Address board, a tiny white 4A? fuse near the Va plug lead on bottom edge of the panel.

Remove all buffer board connections from SC inc the screws, short SC50 and run set, making sure buffers dont contact anything--better still remove buffers completely taking care of panel...

With SC20 (VSUS to SC Board) disconnected--On a working set--Gives 10-blink because the SC isnt running!

Check ALL the IGBT's on the SC, start with Q661 first...

Check out the SC board for shorts, It'll be loads of IGBT Transistors on the SC short-circuit Start with Q661 (That one Always goes when they 'Pop')
--It Wont be the PSU pictured, That'll be fine.

10 blink with supply, 'VSUS' OK from PSU is 99 times out of 100, the SC Board faulty.
Guess its the infamous TNPA5081....
