The FL was near the HSF outflow side, about the hottest location in any SFF - no surprise that it failed. However, all the Rubycons (MBZ?) near it seem to be fine - as expected.

I'd guess that it's an APFC circuit failure - the APFC-boosted primary voltage may be out-of-spec and too high. You may also want to replace the avalanche diode in the snubber circuit of the TNY278PN...
