I know these happen to be ground pins, so bypassing it would be easy
buy is the proper way to glue them down, if so what kind of glue, supper glue, hypoxy, etc.?

As far as i am aware this was the only damage
none of the components around the relay were damaged (did not test the flywheel)
I have been using this for around 2 years and never had a issue, well...

i know it is for the entire system, hell it has a 600 or 700+W psu, with all the power on the +3.3v rail...

nope, the most i have is 12v, wait i think the zd915 may be 24v, not sure about the amps, the gun is rated for 24v @ 80W so about 3.33A

I'll admit i did not thing of using the tip cleaning tools with my gun on the pcb, if the solder will not melt i do not see how it would work though
i could not even get the caps out 80% of the time...

Ok so i pick up one of my many green LEDs
place it along with a small resistor between PSU's +12v and a batteries +12v
and connect both grounds together
So IF the voltage of the PSU drops below...

I was unable to see any flicker in my case LEDs, i have some SMD 3528 LED strips; but that is just the 12v not the 5v
