Re: Panasonic TX-L37E3B Green light but nothing else..

It was basically just a link to a pdf file stored on another TV repair forum (and wasn’t accessible unless you were a member of that forum). I didn’t want to risk breaking any forum rules here so...

Re: Panasonic TX-L37E3B Green light but nothing else..

Panasonic EPG lockout.

We have had a number of reported cases of the TV being locked up, i.e. not operating normally.

Re: Panasonic TX-L37E3B Green light but nothing else..

Happy to report this is now fixed. The annoying thing though was that I needn't have even removed a single screw - never mind disassembling the screen!
Someone on another forum pointed me in the...

Re: Panasonic TX-L37E3B Green light but nothing else..

Yes sorry Budm, I meant 4 strings each side. I've just managed to get back to this TV and the first thing I did was test for voltage on the LED plug at switch on and there is none at all, with the...

I've resoldered the plugs on the LED strip Diah but still the same problem unfortunately.

Hello everyone.
So I have this Panasonic TX-L37E3B which when switched on, the green LED flashes rapidly for 2 or 3 seconds, then stays on. No picture and no backlight at all. I can't determine if...

Re: CDT-9NT372-RF01 Tuner (from TP.MS3463S.PB711 Board)

Thank you R J, an excellent solution. I'll search around to see if I can find any in the UK but if not will be sure to order some from the company in your link.
Thank you again!

CDT-9NT372-RF01 Tuner (from TP.MS3463S.PB711 Board)

I'm wondering if anyone knows a source for these tuner units (preferably in the UK)? The aerial socket always breaks off of them and this is the 3rd one I've had now. Have managed to scavenge parts...

Re: JVC LT-40C750 Backlight goes off after 5 or 10 minutes

Quick update on this, I ordered a LED strip, as well as used power supply from ebay (as it was dirt cheap).
Still waiting on the LED strip arriving but the power supply came this morning. Fitted it...

Re: JVC LT-40C750 Backlight goes off after 5 or 10 minutes

So I might be better buying 1 complete strip, and fitting it in each position in turn until the fault no longer happens? I'll have a look around on ebay to see what's available, thank you for your...

Re: JVC LT-40C750 Backlight goes off after 5 or 10 minutes

Thanks Budm, it was on medium backlight, now on low and we're 22 minutes in and so far so good.
Curious as to how I'd identify which particular LED was the culprit though? I have one of these cheap...

Re: Celcus DLED32167HD Dim Backlights - Sound but no Picture

Well, nothing out of the ordinary found after some cold testing.
Could it be firmware causing this? I still have the option of buying a used mainboard - to rule it out if nothing else.
Other than...

Re: Celcus DLED32167HD Dim Backlights - Sound but no Picture

Here's some close-ups of the tcon if they help.?

Re: Celcus DLED32167HD Dim Backlights - Sound but no Picture

I can get the main board for this model (and screen number) on eBay for £14, is it worth a try? Or do you think it's most likely a tcon problem?

Edit: oops never saw your previous reply there,...

Re: Celcus DLED32167HD Dim Backlights - Sound but no Picture

Re: LG 47LB570V Backlight problems after replacing LEDs
