battery drain is unlikely to be a bios problem.If there is no cmos battery then the main battery is used as cmos for the RTC .

post the laptop serial and full model number,such as NX.HEHER.004 ,it will be on a sticker on the base cover.
Post your bios backup as well,the ec can often be copied from the bios region

Does it still have the recovery partition with the original OS ? ,if it does you can install the OS and upgrade to win 10, but make backup images first of the partitions or the whole disk

The bios update was extracted using innoextract, the CAP header was removed with a hex editor then edited to 16MB ,your DMI was copied from your backup to the virgin bios,again with a hex editor.
