I beg to differ. Switch LED bulbs are the best. The only real downfall is the uneven light distribution pattern. Otherwise they are very well built, the electronics are housed in a cast aluminium...

I haven't been able to work out the mapping mechanism yet, no. Mainly because the controller encrypt the data. But, there is certain commands that can be sent to some controllers (Marvell and others)...

You can't have independent and "NOT" gated at the same time...

So you are looking for sequential timing?

EG: socket X on for 30 seconds, then turns off and socket X+1 switches on for 30...

I bet the drive's firmware listens for the "Drive enable" pin. https://www.hgst.com/sites/default/files/resources/HGST-Power-Disable-Pin-TB.pdf

Try grounding pin 3 on that power connector.

Just an update -- Its dead.... The rig, not the PSU. That's still working wonderfully.

A few months ago it quit seeing 1 memory bank, reporting just 8Gb out of 16Gb installed, today it just quit...

They never released a schematic that im aware of. But, if you google the datasheet for the radio/amp chip you will find the basic schematic for the radio section which GE followed darn near to the T....

Capacitors. Filter cap took a crap, and so did the audio coupling cap. Likely the smoothing cap for the voltage regulator internal to the amp chip as well.

Kali must handle out of disk oddly then. Ive driven my Suse install out of disk space multiple times. All that happens is syslog refuses to start, and X11 refusing to start, dropping me to a TTY.
