well reading voltage is easy, just make a resistive divider before the meter with high-voltage resistors in series (for physical spacing)

but i dont know how you would get access to the pcb...

shouldnt be hard to put some pressure in them with syringe and hold them under water to look for leaks.

i think EPP was mentioned on the website,
also try running it as administrator - i'v seen some firewall/security software block the ports on windows.

it's a slave switching psu that needs DC input.
only good for the u.s. unless you want a big bang with 300v input limit :)

i suspect it's designed to fit into psu's that have a dead output.
