It may of took a while to get too this point but yes a really good picture now, its actually been a interesting fault finding thread, with a good outcome.

390v is correct when pfc is working correctly on led tvs

Are you thinking burnt diffuser/led issue im sure ive seen another post with this image and was burnt leds into diffuser sheet the thick one.

Just looked at that ali express picture so r44 is like that from factory

you can use a light bulb instead of a fuse (google dim bulb tester) maybe check the obvious on the psu like the bridge rectifier etc before trying the psu.

I have just read the whole thread again i think realistically without you wasting more money you have done all you can with this set, i hate lcd panel issues at this point i will usually strip the tv...

Hi not sure about re using the r44 it depends i guess on how much has been lost in total lengh as may alter the resistance. I cant see how removing the tab could of caused it though.
