I tried measuring again , and the readings are "all over" and illogical even if I hold the probes steady with no movement.

Well, you are correct - it didn't work .

The 3 R I bought , measure in series 1.1-1.2 with my DMM.

Exactly. PSU died when trying to check results of 1 Tab removal.
New PSU showed the result isn't good : lines , lighter shade strip were the Tab was ripped , and dark middle screen.

Not Good

1. Horizontal lines
2. Horizontal Areas
3. Middle Vertical area seems darker

The last image (Van Gogh) painting is the original.

Both QF1 QF2 measure ~3Khz
All the AZ431 pins fluctuate V.
U2 Opto : Cold side 11.4V and 1.5mV , Hot side Conducts.
3rd IC2 measures are in the photo .

I do measure Hz . For sure.

on another, GOOD TV board , I got 360K on 1st Mosfet and 0 on the 2nd.
So I assume my DMM is OK

I did the Gate , Hz Mode, measurement again :
