You need to remove the battery , cmos battery and short the cmos battery pins for 10sec to reset bios. Do you got all standby voltages? If you got all standby voltages i would suggest then program...

Yea i tougt first something was wrong with datalines. Or with resistor on bq but when i measuredthere was 3,3v on bat_pres and 0v when battery was connected , clk an pdata has 3,3 v so i was sure it...

Hi an update i fixed my issue with battery not detected on my dell g7 7790. It was shorted mosfet S-D on the first mosfet. Is the first time i got the message battery not detected in bios and os.

A question when the laptop is powered up is the battery then detected in windows or in bios? I have the same problem with my dell g7 7790 now my battery isn't be detected anymore worked...

Is tha adapter with small pin connector? It has a detection to see if theis full inserted and it will not start otherwise do you have a picture of the connector.

That is very strange how much voltage do you have on battery if you measure it on battery connector.

Battery wil not give voltage if not connected. Can you measure voltage on the battery at all when it is. Connected

Also measure the resistance to ground on the pins what @mon2 said that are not good.
