1) You have a Fluke 87 II (with the CAT III ratings by the Volt/ohm jack). It is the 87 I, but with update CAT requirements.

I'm not defending digikey, but 2700uF 25V may not be a "popular" value so the turnover for these caps might not be very high? Say compared to 1000uF 16V.

Somewhat related. When I had one of these, there were 3 obviously bad caps on the motherboard. While the PC worked with the 3 bad caps, I replaced them.
