If the BIOS looks pretty plain / lacks over-clocking/tuning options, it might just still be an Acer board. Maybe TD or whoever got a bunch of these as overstock from Acer and put their own BIOS onto...

The "M" inside a box is Matsushita's logo - i.e. Panasonic. FL indicates the series. So you have Panasonic FL caps. These caps are of really high quality - one of the best you can find. So indeed...
