seems to be a common shit problem..

i have one at home..... after power off the mains.... very hard to on back...
need to leave on the mains for some time... around one hour to bring the monitor...

i fixed up a print server .... suspected blown by lightning by replacing the realtek chip...

some said that if you need to change, consider a good toroidal transformer as a replacement.

and i think there is multiple voltage on the transformer iirc

Update, I had replaced the ST L7809CV and JRC 7909A IC chip,
obviously the IC is driving hard, as the PCB board is discolored at that area.
replaced with a fresh IC and added heatsink.

now the...
