it can program down to 1.8v and is often updated.

you need to check the rectifier, cut/scrape away all that carbon, and replace that jumper that almost touches with an insulated one - preferably with a curve in it to clear the other rectifier...

a lot of these things use a halogen lamp inside a metal roller, the cold inrush is huge!

nothing wrong with lead-free solder, i'v used it for years.
as long as it's not shit(same applies to leaded solder) and your iron is ajustable, it's fine.

1: your soldering iron is too hot - set for 300(lead solder) or 350(lead-free).
2: to make wick work better add flux to it - the powder in it is crap.

if anybody wants uv solder mask, buy the blue, not green and never red.
remember the laser/led is closest to blue and cant penetrate the red or green chemical very deeply.

if this is mains powered - check that redish polypropylene cap
