Check the solder connections on things like the high voltage transformer, etc. also check connections on switching transformer and R804,R805 2watt resistors
Make sure you have your main voltage on...

That is correct, the brown part is the stationary part of the connector, the white part is the release, Its a thin connector, how far do you expect it to move?

It looks like you might have a problem in the reset circuit, I see you replaced the caps in that circuit already, were they bad? what was the reason to replace them? and did you use the same values...

Thats likely how it works, standby led lit in standby, turns off when amp is on.

Try doing a full reset, if that does'nt help check the firmware version, I see there is a firmware update to ver. 1.80

Thats what I am talking about The LVDS Cable is releaesed by pressing the white plastic down towards the board, then pull the lvds cable out of the connector

20.9v on both side of the resistor tells me you ripped the trace replacing the regulator.
R1238 is 10Ω Wher did you come up with .22Ω ????
Please look at the schematic the resistor connects...

Based on the picture. It's a ceramic resonator and is likely bad.

Quartz crystals are more accurate and temperature stable than ceramic resonators. They are not the same but do a similar function...

If you only get .6v on the input, R1238 must have gone open. It could be due to excessive load on the -12 volt line.

That voltage on the main cap should not drop to 150v but should go to around 400v when turned on, The pfc circuit is not working.

So what is the voltage on the 7912 now? If it is still low there must be something loading it down. or it could be the cap (C1088) on its output is bad.
-12 volts supplies VIDEO (10) board, unplug...

When you clean the commutator the way you do, all the brass debre ends up shorting the commutator, you need to clean between the brass sections.
I use a fiberglass burnisher.

What is the voltage across the main capacitor (150f/450v) If the output voltages are there without load the power supply is working, if they drop when loaded it can be bad feedback to the primary....

I doubt the wattage is that critical, I would make sure the length is correct to fit the pads. The wattage won't be that high, likely 1/4 watt

I will take a guess based on the transistor (sot23-3)...
