You better put this file in rar (original) as it is, because when unpacking, uploading and downloading the file itself may suffer (change the checksum).

Try different USB flash drives, but old 1-2 Gb ones are better, not all flash drives will be updated.

Check the USB signal lines (D+, D-) with a multimeter for resistance to ground.
And with dumps, be very careful, not a correct entry or someone else's dump, turning it on without NOR Flash can lead...
